When you subscribe to one of our plans, we collect financial information such as your credit card or bank account details.
We may collect information about the device you use to access our Platform, including the type of device, operating system, and browser.
We collect your Internet Protocol (IP) address to monitor and analyze the usage of our Platform.
We collect data related to how you interact with our Platform, such as the features you use, the links you click on, and other actions you take while using the Platform.
We use your School Information for promotional purposes, including displaying it on the CDL Help website, other platforms, and social media accounts that belong to TruckDriver.help LLC.
User Information is used to verify the legitimacy of the school and the individual responsible for registration. This may include checking details against the FMCSA portal and other forms of identity verification.
Call Data is used to forward calls to the school's designated number and for analytics to improve our services.
Financial Information is used to process payments for your subscription and to manage your account.
Device Information, IP Addresses, and Usage Statistics are used to enhance and improve the functionality of our Platform. This helps us understand how users interact with our services and enables us to make improvements accordingly.
Cookies and other tracking technologies are used to personalize your online experience, such as by remembering your preferences and settings.
Information about the schools, such as the name, contact details, and additional details you opt to provide, will be publicly available on the CDL Help website for prospective students to view.
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our service ("Service Providers"), provide the service on our behalf, or assist us in analyzing how our service is used. These third-parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Personal information of the person registering on behalf of the school will be used internally for account management and may be shared with administrators of the Platform for this purpose.

We store all collected data on a secure database. While we employ reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. As such, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
In the unfortunate event of a data breach, we will notify affected users in accordance with applicable laws. However, users must acknowledge that TruckDriver.help LLC is not liable for any consequences arising from such incidents.

At your request, we will provide you with an electronic file of your data for transfer to another service.
